In addition to his practice of law, Banks has been active in San Antonio representing non-profit organizations such as the San Antonio Conservation Society and the San Antonio Museum of Art. Banks represented the Voelcker Fund in its sale of 310 acres of land to the City of San Antonio which has become Hardberger Park.
